We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to take ownership of the successful delivery of complex projects from concept through to completion. The Role As Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing high-end multi level residential and mixed use projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders while maintaining strong commercial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initial planning through to delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and reporting
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring proactive problem solving
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and approvals processes
- Drive project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
CRITERIA:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a construction, property, or an architectural firm environment
- 6 + years experience post graduation
- Ideally you have exposure to hotel/accommodation/high rise projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent commercial awareness and project management capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture
