Preston Toyota, part of a well-established and highly respected automotive group in Melbourne's northern suburbs, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Trainee to join our growing team.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive sales. You will receive hands-on training, mentoring, and industry-leading development to become a successful Recent Vehicle Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and through online enquiries
- Learn and apply the TOTAL Sales Process, including vehicles, Toyota Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Car Care
- Participate in vehicle presentations and demonstrations under guidance
- Follow up on customer enquiries and support lead management
- Work closely with senior sales consultants, finance, and delivery teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction




- Progressively build skills to achieve sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

- A strong interest in sales and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry
- Previous Sales experience in any industry is preferred
- Willingness to learn, develop, and take feedback on board
- Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation with a positive, proactive attitude
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A current Australian driver's licence (essential)
