You’ll work across a broad and interesting range of Wills & Estates matters, including:

- Estate planning and structuring
- Wills and complex Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and succession planning
- Estate-related disputes and litigation
- Advising business owners and clients with more complex personal and commercial structures

You’ll also have the benefit of working within a full-service firm, with experienced Property, Litigation and other specialist teams around you when matters cross into other areas.

The opportunity
The autonomy here is genuine. You’ll have a very hands-off leadership style above you, giving you the freedom to run your practice in the way that works best for you, while having two junior Wills & Estates lawyers to mentor, delegate to and develop.

There is already an established practice and a strong flow of work, and the firm isn’t one that obsesses over billable targets. Instead, the focus is on quality work,



excellent client relationships and giving good lawyers the space to build a practice they can be proud of.

- $150k - $190k package, depending on experience
- 2 days WFH per week, with Thursday as an office anchor day
