The Role
This is an exciting prospect to play a key role in connecting people, processes, and systems to deliver robust digital people solutions across the Orora People Systems, People Services, and Payroll team. Sitting at the centre of critical systems activity, you will blend project coordination, business analysis, testing, and execution across an integrated HRIS, Pay, Time, Power BI, and AI landscape (including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Payforce, and My Workplace). You will coordinate key initiatives, strengthen governance practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and drive process improvements, ensuring all system updates and designs meet business needs with discipline, clarity, and confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who loves a mix of leading others while also ‘being on the tools', enjoys working with systems and data,
and can confidently guide people through projects, testing, process change and continuous improvement.

We are commencing our AI journey, and your role will be pivotal in ensuring solutions are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate People Systems updates following a project management discipline to ensure robust delivery and management of Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions to support key cyclical HR and Payroll processes
- Act a Business Analyst for people systems changes, consulting with business stakeholders to illicit detailed and accurate requirements to inform system design
- Coordinate testing of People Systems updates across HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
- Coordinate SAP SuccessFactors Half-Yearly Release, ensuring robust testing including regression testing to deliver successful updates
- Execute testing of People Systems updates,
following a robust governance process
- Act as Learning Management System Administrator for SAP SuccessFactors LMS, supporting business needs for compliance and development training
- Develop and maintain People Systems governance artefacts including Data Dictionaries, Process Maps, and SOPs
- Provide administrative support for maintaining and updating the People Systems Portfolio in Jira
About You
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computing, or related field
- Experience with HR and/or Payroll systems, data, and digital tools
- Experience coordinating small systems projects, developing project plans and managing stakeholders to deliver to the plan
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, with strong stakeholder management, leadership, and influence skills
- Experience following a robust governance process for systems testing
- Detail-oriented and organised, with a passion for governance, process excellence, and ability to prioritise work to align with business goals and time-sensitive deadlines
- Advantageous: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Jira (or similar tools), LMS administration, and using AI for enhanced personal productivity
