What you'll be doing

- Owning the end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio

- Selecting great tenants, managing leases, and running regular inspections

- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted local tradespeople

- Preparing owner statements, managing arrears, and minimising tribunal matters

- Conducting market appraisals and recommending rental increases

- Building landlord and tenant relationships that last

- Keeping every file watertight under NSW tenancy legislation

- Helping grow the rent roll and hit team targets

What you'll bring

Must-haves:

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)





- 2+ years managing a residential portfolio

- Tribunal and mediation experience

- Sharp communication skills, written and verbal

- A current driver's licence

- An eye for detail and a love of good systems

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience in the Newcastle/Hunter Region

- A track record of growing a rent roll and winning new business
