The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our Warehouse team based at our brand new, state-of-the-art head office and warehouse in Kemps Creek NSW. Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the NSW warehouse operation to ensure it consistently operates safely, efficiently, and compliantly while achieving operational KPI targets and budget expectations. You will oversee a team across warehouse and distribution functions, driving performance, accountability, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and promote a strong safety-first culture across the site

- Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations to achieve operational KPI targets

- Drive DIFOT, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, pallet control, and scanning compliance

- Lead and develop warehouse team members through coaching, mentoring, and training

- Ensure compliance with WHS policies, operational procedures,



and company controls

- Manage stock control processes including cycle counts and variance analysis

- Build strong relationships with freight providers and internal stakeholders

- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations

- Monitor warehouse performance and provide regular KPI reporting

The Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a large warehouse and distribution operation

- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments

- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

- Strong understanding of warehouse compliance, WHS, and operational controls

- Experience using SAP WM or similar warehouse management systems

- Forklift licence

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
