This real estate fund manager is led by some of the highest profile leaders in the sector, boasting decades at the top of their industry. With a broad investment mandate backed by major institutional players, they have invested in a wide range of asset classes.

Due to this ongoing growth and establishment of another new fund they are looking for a new Senior Analyst to join their team.

Key duties for this role will include:

- FP&A; duties - operational and strategic level analysis, cost and lease analysis, performance analysis etc

- Portfolio level budgeting and forecasting

- Monthly management reporting and analysis

- Provision of data insights and analysis to the Asset Management team

- Fund financial modelling and scenario analysis

- Investor reporting





- Business partnering with asset managers

- Cashflow and treasury analysis

You will have a degree in Accounting/Commerce/Economics with 5+ years of relevant experience in Analysis (Financial, Fund, Asset, Investment, FP&A;) within property groups with exposure to retail, industrial, or commercial office assets, combined with solid Excel financial modelling skills and exposure to leases, asset management, and budgeting/forecasting.

This is a fast growing company so they are looking for an individual with a hands-on approach, a natural curiosity, excellent problem solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the desire to work in a dynamic environment.
