About the role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll support the financial and commercial management of key portfolios across Beyond Blue, helping leaders make informed decisions that maximise our impact in the community.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, business planning and commercial analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to move beyond transactional finance and develop strong business partnering skills. You'll provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making, prepare meaningful financial analysis and reporting, and contribute to projects that improve financial processes, tools and ways of working.
About you
You're an analytical and curious finance professional who enjoys turning numbers into meaningful insights. You have experience in accounting, management accounting or financial analysis, and are looking to grow your career in a collaborative, purpose-driven organisation.
We welcome applications from candidates who are:
- Currently completing, working towards or recently qualified CPA
- 2+ years’ experience in an accounting, finance or commercial role
- Confident working with financial data, reporting, budgeting and analysis
- Solid communication skills with the ability to translate financial information into practical advice for non-finance stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and proficient in MS Excel
- Passionate about contributing to an organisation that improves the mental health and wellbeing of people across Australia.
