About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting our range of donuts and specialty baked products to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Full-Time/Part Time position

Hours: 10pm - 7am / 4am - 12pm

Key Responsibilities

- Weigh, measure, mix and prepare ingredients for doughs, batters and other bakery

products.

- Prepare, knead, cut and shape dough for donuts and other baked goods.

- Monitor proving and fermentation processes to achieve appropriate texture and quality.

- Operate ovens and other bakery equipment and monitor baking times and temperatures.

- Check the quality of raw ingredients and finished bakery products.

- Prepare specialty and customised donuts and baked goods for customer orders.

- Apply glazes, toppings and other finishes to bakery products where required.

- Maintain consistency, presentation and quality of finished products.





- Assist with the development of new bakery products and flavours.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace cleanliness standards.

About You

- A relevant trade qualification, such as Certificate III in Baking.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial bakery experience.

- Demonstrate experience preparing bakery goods from raw ingredients.

- Experience with yeast-raised dough and donut preparation.

- Experience operating dough sheeting and other commercial bakery equipment.

- Strong attention to detail, quality and presentation.

- The ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.

- Reliable and positive approach to working as part of a team.

- Genuine interest in producing high-quality specialty bakery products.
