About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment activities across our growing retail network.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the early stages of the recruitment process, including application screening, candidate communication, initial interviews and interview coordination with hiring managers. You will play an important role in maintaining a smooth, timely and professional recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This position is well suited to someone with previous recruitment coordination, HR administration or high-volume recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple recruitment priorities at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage job advertisements and candidate applications across recruitment platforms

- Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

- Conduct initial phone screening and first-round interviews





- Coordinate second-round interviews with relevant managers

- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in internal systems

- Support recruitment campaigns across the retail network during peak hiring periods

About You

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, recruitment coordination or a similar role is preferred

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Confident communicating with candidates by phone, email and in person

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities

- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate information

- Able to work effectively in a quick-paced, high-volume recruitment environment

- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
