About the Role

We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager with experience in Commercial Real Estate to play a key role in expanding our management portfolio across industrial, retail, and office assets.

You’ll be responsible for driving growth through new business generation, relationship management, and delivering outstanding client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on results and enjoys the fast-paced, dynamic world of commercial property.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and databasing

- Conduct property appraisals, negotiations, management proposal presentations and onboarding administration.

- Manage inspections, compliance, and marketing campaigns

- Maintain and build strong client relationships across your database

- Work within Cirrus8 and REX databases to ensure accuracy and performance tracking

- Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a vibrant, success-driven culture

About You

You’re a confident, self-motivated property professional who loves connecting with people and driving results. You’re inquisitive, commercially savvy, and take ownership of your work.

You’ll bring:

- Strong commercial real estate knowledge (industrial, retail, office)

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships

- High energy, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude

- A results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously

- Great time management and attention to detail

- Real Estate License and Drivers License

- A personality that “passes the pub test” – personable, genuine, and easy to work with
