Full-Time | Head Chef

Quick Brown Fox Eatery is looking for an experienced, passionate and hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take ownership of our food offering.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to run a busy kitchen, lead a team, maintain high standards and deliver consistently excellent food in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food quality, kitchen operations, team leadership, ordering, stock control and cost management.

You’ll work closely with the venue management team to develop and maintain a strong food offering that reflects the Quick Brown Fox brand.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Head Chef

- Previous experience in a busy café environment highly preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations

- Strong understanding of food costing, GP,



ordering and stock control

- Ability to manage kitchen labour and maintain wage targets

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- A strong understanding of food safety and HACCP requirements

- The ability to remain calm and organised in a high-pressure service

- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team

- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and creating a great customer experience
