We’re looking for a Senior Civil Project Engineer to take technical ownership of civil construction projects across Rockhampton, Yeppoon and the wider Capricorn Coast. This is a senior role for someone ready to lead design outcomes, mentor junior engineers, and be the technical backbone of a growing project pipeline.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading design and technical review of civil works – roads, drainage, subdivisions, and water / sewer infrastructure

- Overseeing technical drawings, specifications, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects

- Acting as the key technical point of contact for council, contractors, and client stakeholders

- Mentoring and providing technical direction to junior engineers and site teams

- Driving project scoping, quoting, and delivery strategy at a senior level





What we’re looking for:

- Degree in Civil Engineering with substantial postgraduate experience

- Strong command of civil design software (Trimble Business Centre, AutoCAD, BlueBeam)

- Proven track record leading design outcomes on civil infrastructure projects

- Confident, clear communicator who can lead technically without needing to be managed
