We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a busy and growing production team.

This is a great chance for someone with previous manufacturing machine operating or automated machine operating experience who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a long-term opportunity. Full training in screen printing will be provided.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with machine setup and production runs

- Loading and unloading garments from the printing machine

- Monitoring print quality and completing quality checks

- Preparing inks and screens for production

- Cleaning machines and equipment

- Completing production paperwork

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Assisting with general production duties as required

What We're Looking For

- Previous machine operating or automated machine operating experience

- Willingness to learn screen printing – full training provided





- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

- Full Australian working rights

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

- Availability for an immediate start

- $34.96 per hour

- Monday to Friday | 7:54am – 4:00pm

- Paid morning tea break

- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
