The Role:

The positions involve using an electronic voice-picking system to pick and pack grocery products up to 16kg in weight, in a fast-paced and repetitive environment in a Cool room, Freezer or Ambient Temperature environments.

You will be provided with comprehensive training and support, job stability and tailored to be a valued member of the team.

Daily duties include despatch and staging orders, breakdown of inwards goods, voice picking, tugger operating and pallet wrapping.

Primary duties can include selecting products accurately, safely and efficiently to deliver to the retail stores around the North-West regions of Melbourne.

Initially employed on a casual basis, a monthly roster offering an average of 20 - 30hrs per week, working 4-5 days per week.





The view to permanent part time after several months, where you receive a generous pay increase, development opportunities and job security.

10:30AM Starts

Pay

$36 - $40 per hour + Superannuation + weekend penalties

Required skills & attributes:

- Ideally have experience as a pick/packer or warehouse operator
- Must be available 7 days a week for rostering purposes (D/S or A/S)
- Forklift license is desirable
- Flexible with finishing times to ensure order completion
- Able to work in a quick-paced, deadline driven environment
- Voice picking experience advantageous
- Pallet stacking, wrapping and palletising would be viewed upon favourably
- Must be able to work unsupervised and use initiative
- High focus on quality, accuracy and productivity
- Own license and reliable transport is preferred
- Previous experience within temperature controlled warehouses are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and commitment to work
