We are representing a growing Early Childhood organisation seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a well-resourced 90-place Early Learning Centre in North West NSW.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional educational outcomes, and driving centre occupancy. You'll have the autonomy to lead your own service while being supported by an experienced and collaborative Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Centre
- Drive occupancy growth through strong community engagement and family relationships
- Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing team of educators
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
- Foster a positive,



inclusive and collaborative team culture
- Deliver high-quality educational programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, budgets and centre performance

What You'll Need

- Previous experience as a Centre Director within an Early Learning Centre
- Demonstrated ability to grow occupancy and build strong community relationships
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Protected Standards
- Relevant Early Childhood qualification
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Child Protection training
