We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing experienced part-time Lifestyle Officer (4 days per week) to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of our residents and make a positive contribution to their daily lives.

About the role
Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.

Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV Leisure & Health
- Must be outgoing, energetic and highly creative!
- Ability to manage, plan and deliver a variety of quality activities
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Lifestyle role and care planning
- An understanding of Dementia Support
- Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Hold a current Police Check
