Sales & Client Growth Specialist

99aupairs is looking for a high-performing Sales & Client Growth Specialist with proven experience in high-value service sales and closing.

You’ll work with warm inbound leads and create outbound opportunities, guiding families through a consultative sales process and confidently converting qualified prospects into clients.

The Role

- Conduct high-trust sales consultations with families

- Close high-value service sales confidently and consistently

- Convert warm inbound enquiries into paying clients

- Generate and close outbound opportunities

- Handle objections and follow up effectively

- Manage your sales pipeline through Zoho CRM

- Consistently achieve conversion and revenue targets

About You

- 2+ years' proven sales experience

- Strong experience in high-value / high-ticket service sales

- Proven closing and objection-handling ability

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Confident selling via phone and Zoom





- Strong follow-up and pipeline management

- Self-motivated, commercially driven and accountable for results

- CRM experience preferred

- Experience in family services, recruitment, NDIS or care is a bonus

Remuneration

$65,000 base + super (full-time equivalent) + uncapped commission

$80,000–$100,000+ OTE, with higher earning potential for top performers.

Your earning potential grows with your results — there is no cap on commission.

Role Details

Location: Australia – Remote / Flexible
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday–Friday
Reports to: CEO
