- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource alignment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting,
and records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in project coordination, project management, manufacturing, operations, or a similar project-based environment.
- Exposure to mining, construction, heavy industry, mobile plant, or equipment assembly environments will be highly regarded.
- Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification and/or tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline (desirable).
- Solid stakeholder management and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong focus on detail and delivery outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
