Orchard Manager - Permanent Full time

Amandula Orchards is a large-scale, progressive, privately owned almond operation based in Renmark, a peaceful town located in the Riverland region of South Australia.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Orchard Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a people orientated individual with a proven track record in:

- Orchard Management

- Harvest Management

- The development and management of farm operations plans

- Irrigation operation and maintenance

- Farm development

- Coordination of receivals and deliveries

The ideal candidate is a hands on Orchard Manager with:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant practical growing experience

- Chemical handling certificate

- FL and HR or HC truck license (preferred but not essential)

- Sound computer and administration skills

- Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised

- Skills to program and report all activities to the Managing Director

- Ability to maintain successful working relationships with key contractors and staff
