Evolve Corporate Transformation is partnering with a large not-for-profit healthcare provider to recruit a Change Manager - Data for a 12‑month fixed term contract in Melbourne. This role focuses on hands‑on change delivery across data initiatives, dashboards, governance and user support.
You will work with senior clinical and operational stakeholders to drive adoption of current data tools, reporting and governance, with mentoring from the Senior Change Manager and Group Change Lead.
