Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end review of the RACGP Vision, managing planning, drafting, research and consultation.
- Coordinate the Vision Working Group and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver the revised Vision to the Board.
- Lead research and analysis to ensure the revised Vision reflects current and emerging primary care reform.
- Draft high-quality policy documents and supporting materials for diverse audiences.
- Coordinate targeted consultation rounds and translate feedback into actionable updates.
- Oversee internal approval processes and support communication, design and publication activities.

Skills And Experience

- Strong policy analysis and drafting expertise
- Deep knowledge of Australia’s health system
- Proven project leadership and stakeholder skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication

Advantages
