THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent with a strong mining background to join our team at a remote underground mine site. RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

- Lead a team of supervisors and set the standard for safety and performance on site
- Assist the Project Manager with daily operations and project delivery
- Monitor project progress and report on cost, scope, and schedule
- Review plans and drawings to support estimating and pricing strategies
- Maintain detailed records of work‑in‑progress and project communications
- Complete daily and weekly project reports
- Participate in project planning, reviews, and audits

ABOUT YOU

- Positive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills
- Proven leadership in site safety and team management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role (mining experience preferred)
- Previous underground mining experience highly regarded
- Mining Supervisor certification (S123) desirable but not essential




- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams)
- Experience interpreting project schedules (MS Project or Primavera)
- Quality assurance and budget management experience

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

- Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech
- Electrical Licence
- Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)
- Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s License
- White / Blue Construction Card

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

- High‑risk work License (with WP class)
- Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months)
