As the AP/Assistant Accountant, you will have a broad role that takes ownership for the Accounts Payable (about half your role) while also assisting the Financial Accountant with month‑end. More specifically, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Accounts Payable – processing and payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit Card/Petty Cash Reconciliations
- Expenses Reporting
- Assisting with year‑end reporting and audit
- Assisting with tax preparation
- BAS
- Adhoc duties as required

You will be an energetic AP/Accounts Clerk who is keen to learn and develop.



You will have a degree in Finance/Accounting and possibly be looking to start your CA/CPA in the near future.

You will have solid Excel skills (pivots/vlookups) and be happy in a role where you get to do a mix of AP and adhoc accounts work to support the team.
