Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior .NET / React Developer to join a high-performing team delivering scalable, modern digital solutions. This hands‑on role involves working across the full stack, contributing to architectural decisions, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to build impactful, user‑focused applications.

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering end‑to‑end solutions while mentoring developers and driving best practices across the engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using .NET (C#) and React
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third‑party services
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Lead code reviews and champion clean code, testing, and performance optimisation
- Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployments
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in .NET / C# (Core / .NET 6+ preferred)
- Solid front‑end experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with API design, microservices, and system integration




- Familiarity with Azure / AWS and cloud‑native development
- Robust understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders

Nice to Have

- Experience with DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to modern UI/UX practices
- Background in financial services or enterprise environments
