Paragon Recruitment Group is working with a leading international Loss Adjusting business as they continue their expansion in the Australian market. Due to this growth, we are seeking applications from experienced Executive/Senior Engineering Loss Adjusters with a proven background in client facing and engineering loss adjusting.

We have roles available in Sydney and Brisbane.

About the role

- Handling a portfolio of major and complex losses with a focus on engineering
- Completing site inspections and assessing cause of loss and extent of damage
- Preparing detailed and accurate loss reports
- Building and maintaining relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Nurturing Broker and Insurer relationships leading to business growth

About you

- Senior Loss Adjuster with experience managing Engineering risks




- Relevant Loss Adjusting qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously
