Ibis Adelaide, part of Accor, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will check guests in/out, handle enquiries, and strive to create a welcoming stay at our busy front desk.

You will bring a passion for hospitality, strong communication, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a Reservations environment is a plus; full time role in Australia.
