The Role

As our Talent Acquisition, People & Culture Consultant you’ll be a key part of Vivanti’s Melbourne team — championing our brand, finding exceptional people, and helping make Vivanti an even better place to work. It’s a role that’s 70% talent acquisition specialist, 30% culture‑builder. You’ll run end‑to‑end hiring, from tech talent to operational roles, while also supporting initiatives that make our team feel supported, valued, and inspired.

What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition

- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast needs and shape inclusive, forward‑thinking recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting compelling job ads to coordinating interviews and offers.
- Build pipelines of cloud, data, and AI talent who are as passionate about innovation as we are.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through thoughtful communication and organized processes.

People & Culture

- Champion onboarding experiences that make every current hire feel welcomed, supported, and connected from day one.
- Partner with leadership to deliver initiatives that boost engagement, wellbeing, and recognition across the team.




- Coordinate learning & development opportunities that help our people grow personally and professionally.
- Keep our culture vibrant through events, socials, and creative connection moments.
- Support day‑to‑day P&C; operations including documentation, scheduling, and process improvements.

What You Bring

- Has 2-4 years experience in technology recruitment either in‑house/agency environment.
- Knows how to attract and assess talent — ideally in tech, data, or digital industries.
- Has a genuine interest in people & culture, social event planning and knows how to keep teams connected and engaged.
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Is confident working closely with everyone from junior hires to senior leaders.
- Enjoys being proactive, creative, and hands‑on.
- Loves to inject a bit of energy, humor, and fun into the day‑to‑day.
