Etex Australia is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer at the Altona manufacturing site to shape operational excellence by embedding Lean principles, coaching leaders, and delivering sustainable improvements across safety, quality, productivity and cost.

You will collaborate with regional and global CI teams, drive the annual roadmap, and lead workshops using Lean and Root Cause Analysis to achieve measurable outcomes.
