Property Network of Australia is seeking a Portfolio Marketing Executive to join a leading property group in Sydney.

We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement within the property or retail sector.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this role supports the creation and delivery of integrated marketing programs, digital content, and events to drive brand positioning, customer engagement, and sales. The position requires strong organisational skills, digital acumen, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, retailers, and community partners to deliver impactful marketing csmpaigns.

You will oversee digital and social media channels and provide hands‑on support to retailers, while ensuring compliance and brand consistency across all communications. The role also involves travel to retail assets and active participation in site visits and community engagement activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:





- Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans for retail assets
- Manage digital and social media channels, content creation, and campaign analysis
- Collaborate with Centre and Asset Managers to deliver events and initiatives
- Support retailers with marketing, merchandising, and sales performance improvement
- Partner with community groups to deliver local engagement initiatives
- Oversee marketing administration, reporting, and compliance requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-3 years' experience in marketing, ideally within shopping centres or retail property
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CMS, CRM, and social media management
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a rapid-paced team
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
