Senior Finance Recruiter – Wealth Management & Private Equity

Sydney CBD (5 minutes from Martin Place)

Base salary $110,000 to $130,000 plus commission up to 50% for top performers, OTE $200,000+.

- Senior level agency role focused on wealth management and private equity, with some superannuation work

Earnings and package

- Base salary $110,000 to $130,000
- Monthly commission
- No threshold for the first 6 months, allowing commission to stack from day one
- Commission up to 50% for top performers
- OTE $200,000 with significant upside
- Team average billings of $780,000 per consultant
- Top billers producing $2m+ annually
