Solutions Specialist – Sales & Technical Support
Newcastle, NSW
Salary:$108,000 - $125,000+Super(Based on Experience & Mentoring Requirements)

As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll work closely with a Temporary Works Engineer, receive expert mentorship, and help deliver innovative and safe solutions for construction projects. his is your opportunity to advance your career, build on existing skills, or develop new ones

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating opportunities and supporting customers on construction sites by presenting solutions and capabilities. You will be a trusted partner to various clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless process from concept to delivery. If you enjoy being out on the road, identifying opportunities and being in charge of not just your own, but the company’s success, then this role could be the one for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with customers and internal teams to provide technical sales support.
- Develop and identify business opportunities by engaging with clients and identifying their needs.
- Prepare and present solutions, quotes, and technical data to assist customers in decision-making.
- Visit construction sites to meet customers, assess their needs, and gather information to create innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate innovative temporary works solutions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide on-site support, ensuring safe and effective use of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal teams.




- Stay up to date with industry advancements in temporary works solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

- Technical sales OR Engineering or simlar background
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in Construction, Industrial or Structural engineering, or related product solutions (Shoring & Propping beneficial)
- Someone happy to travel to various construction sites.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A team-oriented, self-motivated individual with a customer-focused approach.
