We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and optimize business reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision‑making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI , business analysis , and data modelling , with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful insights and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models and reporting architectures to support enterprise reporting needs.
- Translate complex business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive reporting strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and adherence to reporting standards and best practices.

Must-have Skills & Experience

- Strong hands‑on experience developing advanced reporting solutions in Power BI.
- Coding proficiency in Python
- Strong experience with Databricks
- Proven business analysis capability, including requirements gathering and stakeholder consultation.
- Expertise in data modelling, data architecture, and reporting framework design.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality reporting outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
