Following exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Engineer, Trade‑qualified specialist, or Air Conditioning Trade Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical and product support, audit evaluations, and product training to our valued customers across Australia.

- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Guiding customers through product features, installation, and commissioning.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Conducting on‑site support, audits, and training at mine sites and key customer locations.

Regular travel will be required to meet customer needs.

About You:

To succeed in this role as a Product Support Specialist you'll need to bring a mix of technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Trade or Engineer qualified air conditioning skills in Mining / Earth moving / Construction / (mining industry experience - preferred).
- Solid technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, including software‑related issues.
- Ability to develop technical kit solutions.
- Customer‑facing experience in a technical support or service role (preferred).
- Capable of performing training and site audits on Cabin Air Management Systems.
- Willingness to travel nationally to support dealers and customers.
- Hands‑on experience with fixed or mobile plant equipment (advantageous).
- Excellent communication skills for guiding customers through product installation, commissioning & usage.




- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Experience maintaining regular customer communication regarding product and training requirements.

Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:

- Passion for staying updated on product trends and providing feedback for product improvements.
- Experience creating training materials, technical documentation, and delivering presentations.
- Ability to implement and maintain Technical Bulletins for internal knowledge sharing.
- Experience conducting audits on mining fleets and liaising with senior mine staff, hygienists, and maintenance superintendents.
- Comfortable accessing machines and downloading data and operational parameters.

Hours of Work:

- Monday to Thursday: 6.30am – 3.45pm
- Friday: 6.30am – 12.30pm
- Enjoy every second Friday off for a long weekend!
- Flexibility Required: While standard hours apply, occasional adjustments may be needed to meet business demand.
