at in Melbourne is seeking an HR Manager to lead the entire people function from day one. You will own onboarding, policy rewrite, system implementation and executive exposure, with coaching from an external Senior HR Manager to grow into leadership.

You will establish the function in a standalone role, manage employee relations for a multi-site network, and report to the CEO with a dotted line to the external HR lead. Onsite full time work is required.
