Morgan Insurance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Orange NSW office. This is a position based in Orange NSW 2800, offering the opportunity to manage a key location within our growing brokerage network. As Manager, will see you support our experienced Insurance Broker in delivering tailored insurance solutions to our valued clients. This role is pivotal to delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Orange branch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters
- Manage claims and ensure clients receive timely support throughout the process
- Manage new business, renewals, endorsements and policy updates
- Prepare and manage quotes for new business and renewals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Ensure compliance with insurance legislation, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Respond to client and insurer enquiries promptly and professionally




- Support the continued growth and success of the branch

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience leading, engaging and supporting a team
- Is confident communicating with clients, staff, insurers and key stakeholders
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
- Has a practical, solutions-focused approach and can make confident decisions
- Has an interest or background in insurance — insurance experience is preferred but not essential
- Brings a positive, professional attitude and enjoys building strong relationships
