What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Technical Analyst embedded within the Omni Digital team, you'll sit at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience, turning complex digital signals into clear, actionable insights. Based at our Melbourne CBD office, your key responsibilities will include:

- Owning the integrity of digital analytics implementation across web and app platforms, including tagging, tracking, and data layer management
- Partnering with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define measurement frameworks that reflect genuine business outcomes
- Diagnosing data quality issues and leading resolution through collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Producing analysis and reporting that connects digital behaviour to trading and omnichannel performance

What you'll need to Thrive

- Demonstrated experience in a digital analytics or technical analyst role,



ideally within retail or eCommerce
- Hands-on proficiency with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4, including implementation experience
- Strong working knowledge of tag management systems - Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager
- Experience supporting omnichannel or unified commerce environments, where online and in-store data intersect
- Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical findings for commercial audiences at David Jones
