About you

Butchery experience preferred — but attitude and drive matter just as much. A genuine passion for food and a hunger to keep learning. Natural leadership qualities — someone who leads by example and helps lift the standard around them. Comfortable following policy, safety and quality standards. Versatile across shifts,



including weekends and holidays. Precision knife skills and a clean, organised approach to your work.

What you'll be doing

Operating machinery, grinders and knives with ease, breaking down carcasses into premium cuts out back, and taking pride in quality and presentation. Keeping stock levels, rotation and merchandising on point on the shop floor. Bringing proven knowledge of products and butchery preparation methods to everything you do. Being a go-to for customers — providing recommendations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a great shopping experience. Following LaManna's food safety, OHS and company policies and procedures at all times. Bringing energy and a great attitude to the team.
