Harrison Barratt Group (HBG) is a leading construction, civil and engineering labour-hire and recruitment company supporting major infrastructure and construction projects across NSW.

Due to continued project demand, we are expanding our pool of experienced plant operators and civil workers.

We regularly have roles and shifts to fill daily, with many of our personnel working 30–50+ hours per week.

- Ongoing civil work + overtime, weekends & night shifts available
- White Card essential + VOC/SOA where required
- 12+ months operating experience preferred

- Excavator Operators
- Grader Operators
- Roller Operators
- Loader Operators
- Moxy / ADT Operators
- Posi Track Operators
- Water Cart Operators
- Civil Labourers & Skilled Civil Workers
- Additional plant roles as projects come online

Minimum Requirements:

- Proven experience operating relevant plant or working in civil construction




- 12+ months operating experience preferred (be honest about capability and tickets)
- White Card (Essential)
- VOC / SOA (Where Required)
- Physically fit (some sites can be demanding)
- Driver’s Licence & Transport (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel if required (we aim to keep you local where possible)
