Job Description

MP FIRE MP Fire Pty Ltd is a specialist contractor in passive fire protection systems. We are seeking a Solid Plasterer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in passive fire protection application, including vermiculite spray, fireproofing boards and intumescent paint. The position is based at our Gladesville premises.

Perks and Responsibilities

- Studying drawings and specifications to determine quantity of materials required and installation procedures
- Cutting materials and assembling shaped parts such as mesh and pins
- Solid plastering on passive fire protection application (vermiculite spray, fireproofing boards, intumescent paint etc.)
- Creating decorative and protective layers of fireproofing plaster, cement and other materials
- Straightening or levelling uneven corners, fireproofing walls and ceilings
- Using airless spray equipment, such as airless spray guns (IMER Small 50,



Putzmeister S5 or equivalent)

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Solid Plasterer, with demonstrated work in passive fire protection application
- Practical experience with fireproofing spray equipment
- Ability to read and work from plans and specifications
- White Card
- Full working rights in Australia
