Reece is seeking a customer-focused IT Operations Specialist to support our branch network, support centres and warehouses. In this Level 2 role, you will resolve incidents and service requests with care and urgency, manage tickets in ServiceNow, and contribute to the knowledge base to improve our support processes.

You’ll pair robust technical skills with clear communication to help non-technical stakeholders, document problems thoroughly, and identify opportunities to automate and simplify IT
