We are looking for an experienced outgoing and enthusiastic Design Consultants to join our QLD sales team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a PVD Design Consultant, you will expertly guide our customers to create custom-designed outdoor cover solutions. You will offer design advice to meet their style, budget, and functional needs.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Engage with prospective customers and close sales
- Maximise revenue by meeting KPIs
- Visit customers’ homes for on-site design consultations
- Respond and action customer enquiries
- Awareness of competitor product offerings
- Collect, record, and utilise accurate data
- Ensure any remedial matters are resolved quickly and with minimal impact to the customer and business
- Actively participate in weekly meeting
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated sales skills,
have a desire for success and thrive on the thrill of closing a deal
- A strong sense of design, colour and proportion is essential
- Experience in the home improvement industry
- A positive can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional sales skills
- Tenacious, driven and highly motivated professional
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
- Highly organised, flexible, and proactive approach
- Ability to remain agile and respond to changing prioritiesThrive in a team culture and understand the importance of teamwork
- Availability to work flexibly from Monday to Saturdays
- Be an ambassador for Australian Outdoor Living
- Possess a valid driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle
