The Y Australia is seeking a Lead Cook for Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Camp in Victoria, to cover the 2026 Winter Season. You will lead the kitchen team, prepare nutritious meals, and ensure high standards of food safety and service for campers and staff.
You'll coordinate dietary needs, mentor kitchen assistants, and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining environment in a agile alpine setting. This casual role begins June 20 and ends September 12, subject to weather.
