Lotus Commercial is looking for a hands-on Service Supervisor to lead our overnight service technicians across Sydney. This full-time role is perfect for someone with cleaning or service supervision experience, strong attention to detail, and a proven safety record.

About the Role - Service Supervisor (Night Shift)

As the Service Supervisor, you will oversee all night-shift technicians delivering:

- Commercial kitchen exhaust and canopy cleaning
- Air conditioning filter servicing

You'll work across restaurants,



pubs, fast food outlets, hotels, and corporate kitchens, managing people, quality, safety, and workflow to ensure every job is completed to standard.
