Mona, Tasmania's Museum of Old and Recent Art, is seeking a reliable and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, experimental food across Faro Bar + Restaurant and our other venues.

Reporting to the Head Chef and Executive Chef, you will lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff, oversee WHS and safe food handling, and manage stock and supplier liaison, with flexibility for events and offsite functions.
