Mobile Showroom Specialist - Flooring Sales

Beare Flooring is looking for two motivated and customer-focused Mobile Showroom Specialist to join our growing teams in Brisbane city and Northside.

This is a unique and rewarding sales role where you'll take our mobile showroom directly to customers' homes, helping them choose the perfect flooring and window solutions for their space. You'll provide expert advice, guide clients through flooring options, and manage the process from in-home consultation through to sale, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

- Attend pre-booked in-home appointments
- Guide customers through flooring options and product selections




- Measure areas and discuss project requirements
- Prepare and present quotations
- Follow up leads and convert sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service from consultation through to sale

About You

- Previous sales experience (flooring industry experience highly regarded)
- Confident communicator with robust people skills
- Good eye for design and Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Be able to work here in Australia
