This is a varied customer-facing role combining customer service, sales support, account management and order management , with a primary focus on supporting our Export customer base . We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales & Customer Service team.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, manage enquiries and orders, provide product support and proactively identify opportunities to support customer and sales growth.

As our Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Managing customer enquiries and orders accurately and efficiently, with a primary focus on our Export customers while supporting other Customer Service functions as required.

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication, account support and regular customer engagement.

- Providing product support and managing technical enquiries, complex customer requests and customer complaints through to resolution.

- Identifying opportunities to grow customer orders through upselling, cross-selling, order optimisation, container utilisation and minimum order quantities (MOQs) .

- Working closely with Business Development Managers and internal teams to support customer growth, sales initiatives and broader business objectives.

- Completing outbound customer contact activities to support sales, marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

- Ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the enquiry and order process and that agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.

- Maintaining accurate customer records, order information and system data.

- Developing strong product, system and industry knowledge to confidently assist customers and recommend suitable solutions.

- Working across multiple Customer Service functions and adapting to changing business priorities as required.

- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and the overall customer experience.





What you’ll bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, can build strong relationships and brings a proactive approach to getting things done.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Account Management .

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and support customer growth .

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational, administrative and follow-up skills.

- Great problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt as business requirements change.

- Confidence learning current products, systems and processes.

- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience using CRM or customer service/ticketing platforms.

Experience interpreting automotive parts, accessories, catalogues or vehicle applications will be highly regarded, as will previous experience within the automotive, aftermarket or 4WD industry.

Experience in Export Customer Service, export documentation or export logistics is also desirable, but not essential.

Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be advantageous.
