Commercial Inspections Manager - fully maintained company car provided

Our client is one of the most reputable tier 2 commercial agencies in the southeast with 1400 tenancies under management. This role will start initially with 95% of your work 'on the road' - so you must love driving! On top of being provided with a fully maintained company car (all car related expensed covered) you will also be provided with a computer, phone and work alongside a 2nd Inspections Manager. Offices have a gym on site for all employees to use for free, a putting green upstairs with amazing facilities to enjoy a Friday after work drink or coffee/tea on your lunchbreak?!)

You will be required to complete all out of office/field inspections, and report back to the property managers in an efficient,



orderly and accurate time frame, so the PMs can relay all relevant information to their clients. Diary and time management is crucial for your success in this role.

Main tasks include :

Routine Inspection Reports

Ingoing and Outgoing Reports

Common Area and Exterior Checks

Maintenance and Contractor Oversight (including site visits, meeting tradespeople to inspect/ascertain any reported defects and action accordingly

Safety and Compliance Audits

Office based comprehensive administrative reporting post inspections for property managers to discuss (if necessary) with their rental providers

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to enter the commercial sector, with or without previous commercial experience. You must hold a current Victorian Drivers License and your Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Real Estate services.
