Campos Coffee is seeking a Roaster to ensure accurate roasting and on-schedule delivery of consistent flavours. Based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, roasts occur daily with shifts from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or a versatile morning/afternoon window.

You’ll learn about origins, roast profiles and cupping while following safety and quality protocols and collaborating with other teams to meet demand. Your role involves learning Campos roasting practices, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing waste,
