What We Are Looking For

We are seeking skilled and motivatedEngineering Production Workers who will be responsible for delivering high-quality welding workmanship and actively contributing to workgroup meetings and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate workshop equipment, hand tools and workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
2. Perform high-quality production work in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Prepare, assemble, and fabricate steel and metal components using appropriate welding techniques.
4. Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specifications.
5.



Participate in workgroup meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other production personnel to meet project deadlines.
7. Follow workplace health and safety procedures and comply with all site and company policies.
8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
9. Complete relevant production and quality documentation as required.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Workshop experience with a range of steel and metal types required – at least 3-5 years +
2. Construction Industry Induction (White Card) – preferred.
3. Additional tickets highly regarded: Forklift, Crane, Working at Heights, and EWP.
4. Proven experience in welding across various processes and environments.
5. Robust competence in interpreting technical drawings and applying SOPs/Risk Assessments.
6. Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and efficient work practices.

We offer competitive remuneration ($70,000 - $85,000 per annum) based on skills and experience.
